The staff at Daybreak are our greatest asset and we recognise this by ensuring that each member is carefully selected, receives a full induction and has regular development discussions and opportunities with their manager.
We invest time and resources into training each individual and will support staff through all levels of Childcare Qualifications, Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Requirements and other skills that augment the childcare that we provide.
Across our nurseries there is great potential to progress with a career in childcare. Our culture of continuous self-evaluation and flexibility means that we can create new and exciting positions in response to the needs of our children and qualities of our staff.
