Communication is very important to us and we strive to keep all parents informed of all events and notices.

We use Parent Mail which is an online facility that helps us to keep all our details up to date and parents continuously informed. For more details www.parentmail.co.uk. Please note we will automatically input your contact details onto this system unless you instruct us otherwise.

We continue to improve our services and value any feedback and comments you have throughout your child’s stay with us. Please note the most important place to get information is on the parents’ notice board and the boards outside your child’s rooms. Please remember the manager’s door is always open and you can talk directly to your child’s key carer to discuss any aspect of your child’s care.

On a day to day basis you can email your manager with any questions or queries. Parents’ Evenings are held twice a year and are an opportunity to discuss your child’s development and to give detailed feedback regarding your child.
